Ryan Murphy

Owner

Ryan Murphy has over 20 years HVAC experience, graduating from Abbott Technical School in 2005. He opened Murphy Heating & Cooling in October 2016. He is an avid car enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls at his home in New Milford.

Christine Murphy

Office Manager

Christine has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2017. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and running.

Jimmy

Service Manager

Jimmy has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2017. He graduated from Henry Abbott Technical School in 2005. In his free time, he enjoys being outside, detailing his car and boat, and going out on his boat on Candlewood Lake.

John S.

Assistance Service Manager/Talent Developer

John has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2024. He has 35 years of HVAC Industry experience. In his free time, he enjoys science, chemistry, and machining work.

Sales Representative

Jonny has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2020. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, comedy, the New York Jets, and hanging with friends.

Chris L. has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2020. In his free time, he enjoys riding his ATV, working on computers, and hanging with close friends.

Marisa started working in the office for the Murphy Team in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and hiking.

Lauren started working in the office for the Murphy Team in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys watching reality TV and has been a dance teacher since 2009.

John has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2017. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in his workshop, having quality time with his family, and family pets.

David has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2022. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and watching all sports.

Warehouse Manager

Fred enjoys playing golf and going to car shows in his free time. Otherwise, he enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren.

AJ has been a member of the Murphy Team since 2021. In AJ’s free time, he enjoys fishing, trail riding, going to concerts and comedy shows and enjoying a nice meal out.
