Working with this company was a pleasure. Extremely professional in all areas of the business. Great office staff led by Christine made setting up on-site estimate a seamless experience. They were very helpful by holding the price and locating the equipment for a reasonable deposit. The commitment was made in the Fall and the installation was done in the Spring. The installation team was just amazing. They removed a two zone central air system and installed an upgraded Trane system in two days with zero problems. The installation was just superb. My advice is to use this amazing company. You will be impressed. This organization is focused on exemplary work and in developing relationships with their customers for the long term. I now also use them to maintain my heating system. They are a pleasure to work with. Gem of a company.

We had Donald out yesterday to help with a furnace that wasn’t working. This was the third company we had come look at it. I can’t tell you how good the service was. He arrived promptly, was conscious of health restrictions (ie mask/distancing etc) and very polite. What blew me away was that he asked if I wanted to see what he was doing so I would get comfortable with the work being done. This is the first time a tradesman has ever asked this. He knew what he was doing, diagnosing issues that other missed, totally transparent around costs and parts. Did extra checks to make sure everything was running.
